What I do to keep myself healthy


I mostly keep myself healthy by exercising almost daily, for about an hour and thirty minutes. I try to eat healthy food like vegetables, fruit, and lots of protein. I sleep a lot which keeps the brain healthy  and the body well rested. I also try to be very hygienic, I try to keep everything about 80% germ free, I take regular showers everyday, and change my sheets regularly also. There are several ways to keep yourself healthy these are just what I prefer to do.
